to announce the details of the upcoming
2008 Fall Product Sale! This year’s

endor for the
Fall Product Sale is Trophy
Nut, out of Tipp City, Ohio. Trophy Nut offers a top quality line of
nuts and candies, as well as strong program materials for girls of all
ages.
The theme of the 2008 Fall Product Sale is "Express Yourself Through the Arts," and the product assortment consists of:

Service Unit Product Managers
Leaders--as your service unit prepares its plan of work for the 2008-2009 membership year, please be sure to communicate to Amy Orwick at our councils regional office as to who your service unit Fall Product Manager will be. Remember, although summer is now starting to arrive, the Fall Product Sale is just around the corner, and it's never too early to start planning and preparations for it!
Fall Product Sale--Important Dates!
1)
Order-taking begins o
n
Thursday, October 30,
2008, and runs through Monday, November 10, 2008.
2)
Delivery will run from Wednesday,
November 20 to Friday, November 22, 2008.
3) Money is due to council by Wednesday, December 10, 2008.
4) Recognitions will arrive to Service Unit Managers during the week of December 1, 2008.
The Fall Product Sale is traditionally for "friends and families", instead of a widespread community sale like the Girl Scout Cookie Program. With the Fall Product Sale happening early in the membership year, girls have a GREAT opportunity to earn start-up funds, which will help them (along with leaders and volunteers) start planning fun and exciting activities and opportunities!
