Team Initiatives:
Real and imaginary obstacles are used to create scenarios that require problem-solving, communication, trust, decision-making and teamwork. To successfully complete these challenges, the group must work together as a cohesive unit. All scenarios can be solved but require input from every member of the group, consideration of group dynamics and use of leadership skills.
Your session will begin with icebreakers and warm-up games which progressively lead to more difficult activities. This safe and fun setting will cause you to examine your own ways of interacting with others and to learn how the members of your group interact as a whole.
The length of initiatives is 1 hour 30 minutes. A minimum of 10 and a maximum of 30 people can be on this course at one time. You must be in the 4th grade or older to participate.
Cost varies so call the Council Office for more details at 419.225.4085.
